Creator collaborations that depend on informal processes
Small businesses and hospitality venues struggle to find suitable creators, structure collaborations and run campaigns without relying on messages and informal agreements.
One place to discover, agree and measure collaborations
- Creator discovery and campaign publishing.
- Applications, collaborations and opportunity management.
- A model designed around payments, trust and control of the two-sided flow.
Trust and liquidity by design
Marketplace liquidity and the risk of both sides closing deals off-platform were addressed through product design.
The model combines subscriptions, credits and commissions without overloading the main flow. Lesson from the project: in a two-sided marketplace, trust matters as much as features.
Where this kind of work fits
Building a marketplace or a two-sided platform?
We start with a 2-week Prototype Sprint on the flow that matters most.
